The Lost Hills

The Lost Hills

In the deepest regions of the high-noon Dayside badlands lies The Lost Hills, a forgotten ghost town tortured by the steady scorch of the Dayside sun. Legend has it that the hills are all that remain of a once bustling metropolis from the golden age that was destroyed when Lord Dreckin halted the rotation of Amaris. Now, a small collection of survivors have made settlement on each hill, The Village of Oebo and The Village of Eebo.

Ryzetta

The capital of the Verge exists in perpetual dusk. Lord Dreckin, god-emporer of the Verge and architect of the cog resurgence, has rebuilt the ancient technology using slaves to power his machines, weapons, and civilization. His ultimate agenda is unclear, however. His face is omnipresent, but he's never been seen in person. He enforces his will through General Lysander, his "military implement" beyond The Verge.

Soo Station

The people of Soo escaped the brutal cold of the Nightside by building their society under its surface. One of several underground societies, Soo has accomplished much in the way of technological advancement, re-discovering lost technology to create a unified network of information and transportation that connects the larger underground civilization. Soo Station was the first of its kind and is now a central hub for those who live under the Nightside.

Tunnels of Nimbo

Hundreds of years ago, Nimbo stood as a massive arena entertaining the masses with gladiator mech battles, sporting events, and concerts.  As the population of Amaris dwindled and the Dayside transformed into an uninhabitable desert wasteland, the mechs and tunnels were forgotten deep beneath the surface of Nimbo. Only Nimbo's leader knows its secrets.
